ANYA is a wearable acupressure concept inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine. Designed as a series of adjustable objects worn on the hand, it helps users locate and apply pressure to common acupoints through everyday self-care.

Challenge
Many people are interested in natural approaches to everyday wellbeing, but acupuncture and acupressure can feel unfamiliar or difficult to use without specialist knowledge. The project explored how common acupoints could be made easier to find and use in daily life.
Solution
ANYA translates acupressure into a series of adjustable wearable objects. Guided by the proportions of the hand, each piece helps users locate specific acupoints and apply pressure with their fingers, replacing the idea of the needle with a more approachable form of self-care.
